Arrive in Johannesburg, and be transferred to your lodging. Take the rest of the day to get situated and relax in your hotel or get dinner in one of the nearby restaurants. Stay overnight in Johannesburg.
Day 3.
Enjoy your first breakfast provided by your hotel, and get ready for a guided tour of South Africa’s most storied township. Soweto has had a tumultuous past which led to it being one of the most culturally important townships in the country. Visit the Apartheid Museum, Nelson Mandela’s House, enjoy an included buffet lunch, and see how the locals live on this full-day tour from Johannesburg to Soweto. Stay overnight in Johannesburg.
Day 4.
Get an early start with breakfast at the hotel, because you’re about to go on the adventure of a lifetime. Your day will begin with transportation to Pilanesberg National Park for the first day of your safari. You will be staying in luxury lodging within the wilds – your accommodation is located directly within Pilanesberg so you will be as close as possible to the nature and wildlife. Upon arrival, take a morning game drive out to spot the “Big 5.” Stop for lunch, and check in to your accommodation. Day 5.

Day 6.
Game drive early in the morning followed by a nutritious breakfast and relaxation time at the lodge. After checkout, transport back to Johannesburg for one last stay in the city before heading to Cape Town the next day. Overnight in Johannesburg.
Day 7.
Have breakfast at your hotel before being transferred to Johannesburg Airport, where you will board your short-haul flight to Cape Town. You will then be transferred to your lodging where you can relax and take in the sights of the southern, shoreside metropolis known as “The Mother City.” Stay overnight in Cape Town.
Day 8.
Breakfast at your hotel. Take a guided tour of the city to familiarize yourself with the landscape. On this three-and-a-half hour tour, you will explore the city’s townships and learn about the deep history of the area. This tour features Bo-Kaap, with its colorful houses, and Langa, which is Cape Town’s oldest township. Your expert, local guide will be able to answer any questions you may have about Cape Town and offer suggestions on where to go. Day 9.
Breakfast at your hotel. Today you will visit one of South Africa’s most iconic natural monuments – Table Top Mountain, where you will embark on one of the two guided-hike options. The first includes round-trip transportation from your lodging, and round-trip cable car tickets to the top of the mountain. The second option is for the more adventurous; you will meet your guide at the base of the mountain, and hike up to the top and back down. With either option you choose, you will have time to explore the highest levels of the mountain and take in the beautiful landscape below. Stay overnight in Cape Town.
Day 10.
Breakfast at your hotel. Wake up early and set off to South Africa’s famed winelands. On this guided wine tour, you will be whisked away to three of the best wineries in the region and have a chance to sample their wares. You will have time to explore the countryside and the villages where the wineries are located. Includes pick-up and drop-off to your lodging. Stay overnight in Cape Town.
Day 11.
Have breakfast at your hotel, and enjoy a free day in Cape Town. Spend this day going to the beach, visiting the V&A waterfront, or just relaxing in the city. Stay overnight in Cape Town.

Breakfast at your hotel. Transportation to Cape Town Airport. Return flight.
