Sanitary Precautions

Virtually all airlines have taken precautionary steps to keep their planes sanitary and travelers safe. Airlines will require all travelers to wear facemasks for the duration of the flight. Some airlines are even leaving the middle seat unoccupied on their flights in order to increase social distancing. Planes will be fully sanitized in between flights.

Flight Changes

Most major airlines have eliminated change fees for their Main Cabin flights (Basic Economy will still have changes restricted). If so when you change your flight, all you will need to pay is the difference in price between the new flight and the original one, no other fees.

If an airline has more restrictive policies in place, we will do our best to make sure you are fully informed before you travel. We’ll be there every step of the way to mediate between you and the airlines to guarantee customer protection.

Flight Cancellations

While most flights will be non-refundable, there are a few options available to protect yourselves in case you do end up having to cancel your trip entirely:

• Depending on your specific airline, you may be able to get a credit voucher for future use with the same airline. Upon booking, we will inform you of all the policies in place for your airline.
• We partner with AIG to provide travel insurance for our clients. This will cover you not only for the flight, but for all costs paid for this trip. AIG’s standard plans cover cancellations for reasons such as injury or sickness among others. There is also a “Cancel for any Reason” plan which will let you cancel your trip, no questions asked, and be reimbursed for between 50% – 75% of the total cost.
• In the event the airline cancels your flight or changes the schedule significantly, you will be entitled to a refund by law. We will keep track of all flights booked through us and make sure you are informed of any changes
