The COVID-19 crisis has been a true test of our creativity and of our flexibility, as we continue to navigate the changes and advocate for our clients. Though the future industry will look completely different, our commitment to you remains the same.

Many things have been made apparent to us in the midst of the pandemic, including the resilience of the human spirit, the ability to adapt, and the ingrained desire to help our fellow man. The response by those who work on the front lines in healthcare and in essential services has been a selfless one, and we are grateful for those who risk everything to care for their communities. We have also been made aware of the increased value of our service, our worth within the travel industry, and our responsibility within our communities as well. This has never been more prominent, and we are proud of what we have been able to accomplish and provide for our clients in their time of need. 

How We Help

Whether helping with cancelations, refunds, or rescheduling, to outright repatriation of travelers who were stuck in other countries due to travel restrictions as a result of the pandemic, we have been working tirelessly to be there for our clients when they’ve needed us most. If you have had to call any airline or travel company within the last few months, you know that long wait times, and sometimes the inability to even get anyone to address your case, have been major issues. Luckily, we have been able to surpass this in many cases due to our direct contacts with these companies. Our relationships have also allowed us to negotiate on behalf of our clients, making sure that we receive the most favorable outcome in the event of a necessary cancelation. Our vendors are well vetted, ensuring they follow industry standards as well as sustainable practices for the safety of our travelers, and our environment. These standards will only elevate from here, as we expect a number of changes to be made in terms of safety and wellness as it pertains to tourism.

Like many other small businesses, we have suffered a significant loss of revenue during this crisis, and we are indebted to our loyal clients for their kindness and words of promised support once travel is able to operate under the new normal. Small businesses and local vendors are an important part of the economy, and they rely heavily on their communities to maintain their livelihood.
